Emergency context shouldn't stop at the facility door.

Facility records and procedures remain the source of truth. QRepublik provides supplemental resident-selected emergency context that can travel with the resident.

QRepublik supplements existing care workflows; it does not replace clinical records or facility procedures.

  • Outside medical appointments
  • Hospital transfer
  • Emergency transport
  • Evacuation
  • Time away from the facility

How the senior-care program works

The workflow is intentionally simple: carry the ID, scan the QR code, open selected emergency context.

  1. 1

A resident receives a connected ID

Bracelet, card, tag or another supported format can carry the QR access point.

  2. 2

    Their profile is activated

Selected emergency information is added to the QRepublik profile.

  3. 3

    The resident carries the ID

The connected ID can stay with them inside and outside the facility.

  4. 4

    A responder scans

A normal smartphone browser opens the responder experience.

  5. 5

    Selected information is available

No special QRepublik responder app or account is required.

The resident controls what their profile carries.

Selected information can be updated in the QRepublik profile and made available through the responder view. This is profile information, not automatic synchronization with facility systems.
