QRepublik provides a digital Medical ID platform that allows users to create and manage a personal emergency profile and share selected information when needed.

QRepublik is not a healthcare provider and does not provide medical advice.

3. Eligibility

The Services are not intended for children under 13. If you are under 13, do not use the Services.

4. Account Registration

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure.

You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

5. User Content and Profile Information

You control what information you add to your Medical ID profile. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.

You understand that emergency access depends on the information you choose to make available.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Misuse the Services or attempt unauthorized access
• Interfere with platform security or performance
• Use the Services for unlawful purposes
• Upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt the Services

7. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features may be offered as paid subscriptions. If you purchase a subscription, you agree to pay applicable fees and taxes.

Payment processing is handled by third-party providers. Subscription access and cancellation options are managed through your account.

8. Intellectual Property

The Services and all related content (excluding your profile information) are owned by QRepublik or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the Services except as permitted by law.

9. Third-Party Links and Partners

The Services may include links to third-party sites or partner offerings (e.g., retail partners). QRepublik does not control third-party services and is not responsible for them.

Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms and policies.
